Q  What does it cost to rent a villa?
We offer villas for every budget and every taste, ranging from € 5,000 to € 55,000 + per week.

Q  Can we have a courtesy hold?
We do offer courtesy holds of 48 hours with no financial obligations.

Q  May we add additional guests later?
If you have our explicit permission after you have sent us your request in writing per fax or e-mail, provided sufficient room is available.

Q  Are there any restrictions regarding children?
This depends on the property. Some properties place age restrictions or ask for liability waivers.

Q  Can we hire a cook for the duration of our stay?
Most of our villas have the option to hire extra staff where none are included. We cannot guarantee availability but will do our utmost to comply with your request. This should be made know to us upon booking your villa and all charges will need to be prepaid.

Q  Who would be our contact while we are there?
Our team ensures that prospective guests receive first-hand information and advice suited to their wishes and expectations. We also assure an immediate response to your needs and special requests and will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Depending on the villa, there might be someone from our team, a property manager or a key holder who lives close by. We will make all information available to you before you arrival.

 

Q  Which expenses are included in the rental price?
Linen, kitchenware and utility bills are included for all villas. Maid service is also included but the frequency depends on the type of villa. For an extra fee you can increase the number of days you wish to avail yourself of this service. Please notify us when submitting your booking form. All charges will need to be prepaid.

Q  Which expenses are not included in the rental price?

The rental price does not include flights, transfers from/to the airport or harbor and to/from your villa unless specified otherwise, food costs, travel/holiday and personal insurance.

Q  How do I arrange for transportation?
Our contact will meet you at the point of arrival at your final destination to assist you. Generally, transportation is readily available at airports and harbors. For a fee we can arrange for special/private transport. Your request should be submitted together with your booking form and all charges will need to be prepaid.

Q  Which extra paid services are available to us?
Services such as for instance car hire, a caterer or even a babysitter for the duration, or on several occasions during your stay, can be arranged for you where possible provided that you notify us at your time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability but will do our utmost to comply with your request.

Q  Are the villas equipped with air-conditioning?
This depends entirely on the location, the time of year and the type of villa you are renting.

Q  Is there Internet access and satellite TV?
This depends entirely on the location, the time of year and the type of villa you are renting.
