 has been declared as listed, meaning that it has been placed on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural and Historic Interest and it is owned by the same family for seven generations. Recently it has been fully restored, renovated and fully equipped responding to the high standards of modern accommodation.

Located on an alleyway, in a quiet part of the centre of the charming town of Spetses, 3 minutes walk from the port, 10 minutes walk from the old harbor and just around the corner (about 80 meters) from the sandy beach of Agios Mamas. The property sits on a 1,000 square meters land and consists of the main house, a guesthouse and a unique courtyard with old trees, a variety of colorful flowers, rare pebbled mosaics and various sitting areas spread around.
