This villa has all of the above-plus, it is meticulously designed to resemble a luxe version of a seaside cottage. The 5 bedroom residence belongs to a complex of three independent villas that are situated at the area of Maganies.
Surrounded by a discrete, well-groomed garden, the villa boasts generous stone-paved terraces with lounge and dining areas and a gorgeous swimming pool with stunning vistas. The interior is bright and airy, dressed in pastel tones and decorated in an unpretentious country-chic style. The ornamentation is kept to a minimum, to allow the views to take centre stage. The house is built in three levels and includes a tennis court and a basketball court.
