Featuring a two-storey main building and a separate guest studio, the property is embraced by the crystalline sea, on one part, and the lushly vegetated slopes of the area, on the other.
A modern minimal living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as an elegant double en-suite bedroom with king-size bed and direct views to the sea are found on the ground floor and another double king-size en-suite bedroom on the top floor, opening to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and panoramic views to the area. The guest studio offers the third en-suite bedroom of the property with independent entrance and access to the villa’s well-plotted garden.
The property’s well-manicured fenced garden features lawned patios, trees and several lounging and cocooning spots along with an outdoor charcoal barbeque and a dining table with chairs for 8 people. Guests are welcome to enjoy their daily delivered breakfast in the shaded lounging or dining spot of the villa’s veranda or even take it with them on the beach which is literally two steps away from the villa’s porch!
