This villa belongs to a dashing waterfront estate comprised of two independent houses, set at the pristine north-east coast of Corfu, 5min by car from the picturesque village of Kassiopi.
Situated literally metres away from the water and surrounded by greenery, the 4Â bedroom residence is fitted with thoughtfully designed outdoor areas that are beautifully integrated into the lush surroundings, making the landscape seem like a continuation of the villa’s terraces. The swimming pool, open-air lounge and dining areas and the upper floor verandas all share sweeping views of the seascape.
The interior is modern and stylish, pierced by large windows that let the views in and ensure that the rooms are filled with fresh air and light throughout the day. Modernist lines are blended with discrete county-chic touches to create spaces that are stylish, laid-back and modern. Low, bulky furniture are set against white walls, tall, wood-beamed ceilings and stone-paved floors, complemented by contemporary designer pieces and vintage finds. The bedrooms are country-chic and romantic, with few ornaments and vast windows that offer eye-soothing views of the sea.
