Overview
Villa Luigia is an elegant, newly built estate located right above the stunning bay of San Stefano at the North Eastern part of Corfu. Due to its privileged location the villa enjoys spectacular sea views and a setting of utter privacy and calmness while it is only a few minutes’ drive away from the hustle and bustle of San Stefano and very close to Kassiopi.
The villa comprises of two separate buildings set within a beautiful, vast garden of olive trees and stone-finished walls and fences. The noble local architecture adorned with wooden handcrafted ornaments is apparent in all interiors and exteriors. Light blue and beige soothing colours produce the ultimate balance with the villa’s luxurious ambience and unsurpassed views.
The property’s six bedrooms are hosted in the lower level of the main building. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace each and four double en-suite bedrooms with sun terraces can sleep up to twelve guests. An eat-in, fully equipped kitchen that opens to a majestic veranda with dining furnishings and a lovely living room guarantee the most relaxing stay. Add to that the masterful spa room, gym room and the infra-red sauna room and rejuvenation is a fact.
Outside a slightly curved heated pool with paved pool deck and wooden sunbeds, a barbeque and a covered seating space with fireplace, all enjoying unobstructed views to the surrounding beauty, finish this magical holiday canvas.
