The units are surrounded by decks and terraces that are fitted with large pergolas to create space for open-air lounges and dining spots. The main terrace is dominated by a stunning infinity-edge pool that blends into the sea below. The terraces give way to tree-fringed gardens that stretch all the way down to the water. Other amenities include an outdoor shower tucked into the trees, a mini-spa, a plot with fruit and vegetable and an open-air cinema. A few steps further, there is a stone-built promenade and a dock. The interior is pierced by vast openings that create a seamless connection between inside and out and offer alluring vistas of the seascape and the verdant surroundings. Modern and vintage furnishings in soothing beige and white tones outfit the open-plan living areas. Each of the bedrooms boasts its own style, from country-chic vintage to modern to colonial-chic.
