This villa occupies a tranquil strip of land located just a short drive from the nearest beach and about 15min from the island’s town. The white-washed structure, comprised of two buildings, echoes the fluid forms for which the Cycladic architecture is renowned, accentuating the relationship between the house and the landscape dictated by the residential vernacular. The terraces are oriented toward the sea and completely open to the views. A handsome infinity pool overlooks the sea below.
Inside the house, the choice of colours, materials and style reflects the owner’s eclectic taste. The subtle palette and refined country-chic décor are uplifted by contemporary pieces and ethnic motifs. The living area is bright and comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The bedrooms are cosy, with large openings that offer soothing views of the landscape. To create a more family-friendly space, the villa includes a charming children’s bedroom.
