Nestled within a symphony of blue, green and turquoise, this villa is part of a three-villa complex enjoying complete privacy and autonomy. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests plus 2 more in the two sofa beds of its living room. Built by the local architecture, the villa is partially lined with natural stone evoking an essence of relaxation and home-welcoming.
Two levels of elegant design, exquisite decors, plants and natural wood await guests to offer them the most rejuvenating holiday experience in Sami, Kefalonia.
The ground level hosts a spacious, chic living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A double en-suite bedroom is also found on this floor. A few steps up, you will find the master bedroom which opens to a voluminous terrace overlooking the lush verdant plains and the Ionian Sea in the background. The villa’s attic can also serve as a sleeping quarter for two as it features two single beds.
Carpeted with lawn, the villa’s yard enjoys breathtaking views to the thick cypress and olive tree forest of the area and the sea, and features a naturally salted swimming pool that can be heated upon request. Several loungers and sitting spots are scattered around the swimming pool and within the villa’s garden. Guests can organize their barbeque parties using their private Weber Pulse barbeque, enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor dining area and then enjoy their drink in the property’s well-appointed garden.
