Located in a quiet spot in Sami, the villa is part of a three-villa complex yet it offers seclusion and privacy due to its well-thought of design. White, light beige and natural wood colours adorn its interiors dotted with exotic details and industrial elements.
Ideal for 6 guests, the villa can also sleep two more in its living room’s sofa beds. Entering the house you will come across the ample sitting area that opens to the pool terrace and is drenched in abundant natural light. A fully equipped, modern kitchen as well as a cozy double en-suite bedroom are found on this floor too. A spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with sitting area is located on the upper floor while two more single beds are at the guests’ disposal in the attic of the house.
The protagonist of the property’s exteriors is its 4*9m swimming pool, naturally salted and heated if requested, surrounded by a lawned plot with sun loungers and sitting furnishings. A covered dining area right outside the living room will host your lunch or dinner while you will have the pleasure to prepare your barbeque delicacies in a private Weber Pulse barbeque.
