A luxury villa on the Greek island of Kefalonia that will leave you in awe. A spacious villa that consists of three floors, 3 independent studio apartments and a vast outdoor space. A luxury villa that inspires elegance, a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. The villa offer impeccable views of the southern coastline of Kefalonia and is located in an ideal location for those looking to explore the island.
The main villa house has two floors. The main floor consists of the living spaces, a kitchen, a living room and spacious dining room. A Double bedroom with a bathroom can be also found on this level. The second floor boasts the bedrooms, the master bedroom which also has a private balcony and three more bedrooms all with unique views. The main villa house can host up to ten guests in a total of five bedrooms. On the lower pool levelled floor are the three independent apartments all with separate entrances and their own private kitchen, living room, bedroom and patio. All together this luxury villa combined with the independent apartments can host up to 14-18 guests.
Outdoors the villa’s centrepiece is the swimming pool, the villa also has an outdoor BBQ and fully equipped kitchen located in the gazebo area. The grounds are filled with trees and shrubs combining luxury with nature.
