Set at the quiet area of Fanari, about 3km from the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos and a short drive from the island’s town, this villa offers privacy, relaxation and spectacular views over the seascape, while being situated in a 3-villa complex.
The living spaces are arranged across the house’s two levels. Each room opens to a terrace or veranda with sweeping water views. The stone-paved pool area is fitted with comfortable sunbeds for soaking up the sun. The main terrace also features comfortable lounge spots and a shaded dining area that leads to a well appointed kitchen.
The interior is stylish and modern, with industrial-chic furnishings that complement beautifully the masculine minimalism of Cycladic design. The palette is neutral to create a soothing feel and highlight the water views that are framed by large windows. The bedrooms are thankfully bare of clutter and colour to recreate the ultra-relaxing atmosphere of a 5-star hotel.
