Embraced by the raw nature of Ftelia area, this villa is a charming home for 8 guests that need to disconnect from the hustle and buzzle of the crowded spots of the island while being close to the action. One of the two largest properties of a four-villa complex in a well-plotted area, this property features an elevated spot that provides amphitheatrical, panoramic views to the surrounding area.
Built with good taste and a flair for minimalism, the villa boasts natural materials and immense black details and furnishings that, combined with its overall simplicity, create a luxurious yet unpretentious ambience. The main floor of the villa hosts a spacious open-plan living room with dining seating and a fully equipped kitchen as well as three elegantly decorated double en-suite bedrooms. A fourth double en-suite bedroom is found on the upper, pool level that opens to the outside veranda.
The pool area features the property’s infinity pool that, from one part overlooks the sea and from the other it offers views to the surrounding plains. A cosy pergola-shaded dining area is found right by the pool, enjoying the same uninterrupted views.
