A minimalistic villa located on the Kalafatis hill on the Greek island of Mykonos. A beautiful villa of modern décor with a vast view of the sea and Mykonian rocky landscape. This luxury villa is part of a three-building complex yet designed in a such a way that full privacy is insured. Ideal for a summer vacation full of serenity away from the city hassles.
The villa is two leveled. On the ground floor are the common living spaces the living room and open-plan kitchen both luminous with tall glass windows and doors that open up to the terrace and have stunning views of the bright blue sea. On the lower level are the villa’s four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa can host up to eight guests. Overall this luxury villa is contemporary with polished concrete floors, white walls that reflect the sun and an absent of unnecessary decorative ornaments turning the view into the main protagonist and basic “decoration”.
Outdoors the villa overlooks the sea and other villages of Mykonos. An outdoor dining space, an infinity pool and an outdoor lounging spot are waiting for you to relax and enjoy the sunset. If you are looking to have a great day at the beach, Kalafatis beach is only a seven-minute walk away.
