Consisting of three completely autonomous villas and one guesthouse of minimal design and airy spaces, the estate can host up to 40 people in its twenty well-appointed bedrooms, five of which are located to an absolutely separate villa with private infinity pool and individual garden with palm trees.
All buildings are connected to the main pool with built-in sun loungers and meticulously crafted lounging area and boast stunning views to the sea. Various sitting, lounging and dining areas are scattered throughout the exteriors while a large outdoor event area for up to 500 people, a specially constructed BBQ and bar area including a built?in Italian oven and a large gas?operating BBQ make it the perfect choice for private celebrations.
The plot is surrounded by attended gardens and patios filled with cacti and Mediterranean plants and boasts a parking for ten cars and a separate helicopter landing area.
