On this floor there is also the well-appointed, vast living room of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch amenities and appliances as well as a voluminous dining area that can sit 28 guests!

The ground level of the villa, apart from the gym and the 2 guesthouses, features a temple of wellness: the Grand Spa Area that counts a brilliantly appointed space of 100sq.m. and comes with tons of self-spoiling facilities. A massage room, a feet massage area with either hot or cold water and a cold-water corridor for feet massage as well, a cold barrel shower, an ice fountain, a steam bath and a jacuzzi, are all at the guests’ disposal to reinvigorate and recharge while living the most luxurious holiday of their lives.

Outside, the villa’s terrace is as magical as its interiors. A sizable, soothing pool of approximately 100sq.m. visually separates the pergola shaded areas with the minimal terrace that hangs above the cobalt Aegean Sea. There, comfy sunloungers and pouf armchairs with coffee tables and other lounging furnishings adorn the otherwise clean and empty space. On the opposite part, a beautiful veranda with pergola covers the sitting area and the separate dining area and barbeque. There is also an outdoor smart TV and an outdoor bar to catch the mood of everyone in the entire group each and every day.
