Consisting of seven totally independent suites, this is the ideal home for a group of 14 that want to share a holiday home but, at the same time, seek the utmost of privacy and independence. The property has been masterfully plotted to offer utter comfort and plenty of alone-time to its guests away from indiscrete eyes in an ambience where time stands still.
A vast living room with a huge flat screen along with a fitted bar and an ultra-modern fully equipped kitchen that can be separated for more privacy are the only interior spaces for common use. The rest of the villa’s quarters are fully private with independent entrances and living spaces. Two master, king-size en-suite bedrooms with walk-in closets and private verandas with hot-tubs are accessed through the main entrance of the property. A spacious family suite with open-plan sitting and sleeping area and en-suite bathroom and two more double en-suite bedrooms (one can serve as a twin), all with independent entrance, are found on the main building of the property.
A fully autonomous King Suite is located in the villa’s garden and features a spacious living room, a king-size bedroom with walk-through closet and en-suite bathroom along with a fully private heated pool with sundeck.
A 120sq.m. common swimming pool with adjacent hot tub adorns the exteriors of the property with small led lights at the bottom, resembling the starlit sky during night. Guests have endless options for outdoor fun in the villa’s two levels of lounging areas, shaded or not, working out in the interior or exterior gym and also partying as the property features a large outdoor kitchen with pantry, a covered dining area and an open-air bar. All exterior spaces boast sublime sea views in a safe, private environment protected by CCTV.
