This villa is an elegant stone-built retreat with a distinctive island flair, situated within walking distance from the beach of Kolimbithres, a pristine cove with crystal clear waters, and a short drive from the town of Naousa. Surrounded by olive trees and grapevines, the 6 bedroom residence boasts comfortable outdoor areas with views to the landscape and the sea beyond. The open-air lounge and dining spaces are shaded by bamboo pergolas and the swimming pool affords uninterrupted vistas that extend all the way to Naousa.
The interior is elegant and cosy, with modern furnishings and and island-themed ornaments against a pastel palette that creates a soothing atmosphere. Several windows are fitted around the house to let the sunlight in and connect the rooms to the landscape. In the bedrooms, the mood is laid-back and the décor playful. The villa consists of two main houses with two guest houses.
