This villa is a striking island retreat located in a complex of 3 independent villas, at the southern coast of Paros – a quiet region with great beaches and an easy-going vibe, and situated only a 10min walk from a secluded beach. Local stone in its raw form has been used to give shape to the outdoor areas and create an organic feel. The terraces are exposed to the sweeping sea-vistas and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Handcrafted pergolas and tents are used to shade the impeccably styled outdoor lounge and dining spaces. A free-form pool is perched at the edge of a stone-paved terrace, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond.

The interior is spacious, cosy and perfectly attuned to the island living. Natural materials are used throughout the house to connect the rooms to the setting. Hardwood ceilings, stone-paved floors and elaborate wooden pieces crafted with meticulous detail are complemented by comfortable low-rise sofas and a hand-picked collection of artworks. The kitchen is country-style and the bedrooms intimate and fitted with tall windows that let the landscape in. The villa includes an independent guest house with a double bedroom.
