When it comes to location, this villa hits the spot: it is an easy stroll from the pulsing heart of cosmopolitan Naousa. The property is situated steps away from a charming beach, and it is within walking distance from an array of grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, banks and anything else you might need during your stay. The 4 bedroom was also designed to be lived in, which means there were no shortcuts when it comes to materials, amenities and comfort. The two-story villa features a dreamy courtyard that is designed to resemble a natural setting. Lush trees embrace the terrace providing privacy for the free-form pool and the shaded lounge and dining area. A stone-built staircase leads down to the sea.
The interior is elegant and simple, celebrating island life. Great attention has been given to comfort. Cosy sofas, raw-wood tables and vintage cabinets conjure an atmosphere of laid-back sophistication, which is accentuated by casually placed artworks and island-chic ornaments. The palette is natural -whites, dove greys and natural wood tones that create a calming vibe. In the bedrooms, the mood is rustic and the décor island themed. All the rooms are pierced by French doors and windows to let the natural light in and the summer breezes in.
