A dreamy property nested within the barren plains of Paros, this villa offers breathtaking, unobstructed views to the bay of Molos, found at the eastern part of the island.
The villa features a modern approach to the traditional Cycladic cubic style with straight lines and minimal surfaces on the outside while the inside is a heaven of white and beige adorned with natural wood, marble and stone. Airy and ample, all villa spaces are adequately furnished with top notch items that perfectly match its overall ambience.
Comprising of three levels and two joint guest houses, the villa’s living area is the top level with a large living room with access to a beautiful terrace, a dining area and a kitchen with separate entrance. The upper level is a haven for two hosting an open plan WC with separate showers for two, a bathtub, two marble basins, a sofa and two desk areas, large wardrobe and a private terrace. The ground level boasts 4 double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is totally independent. On this floor you will also find a yoga and pilates room, steam and massage room as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a small living area with a pull out bed couch for two as an extra bedroom with its toilet and marble basin bathroom and the shower of the massage and steam room.
The two other independent guest rooms, one on the top level and another on the pool level, feature one double en-suite bedroom each with access to a terrace.
The vast 21 x 5 m mild salt-water swimming pool (heated upon request, at an extra cost) offers stunning views of the sea and the valley. All around various lounging and sitting areas offer unique moments of summer bliss under the rejuvenating Greek sun. Multiple shaded or not sitting and dining areas will host your friends and family gatherings throughout the day overlooking the well-trimmed gardens with local herbs, the soothing swimming pool and the shimmering Aegean Sea!
