An astounding building of two floors and immaculate environs where 14 people will unwind, relax and enjoy memorable moments of fun with family and friends, the villa has been specially designed for families with young children, as it offers a multitude of amenities and facilities for its little guests: from its outdoor trampoline, slider and wading pool to the special balloon room and all kids’ toys and the complete equipment for babies, you only need to bring your luggage and your loved ones.
The main level of the house features a voluminous living area with a sofa and coffee table, a solid wooden table with 8 chairs, and a minimal, fully equipped kitchen all opening to the pool terrace through huge floor-to-ceiling windows; this part of the house is drenched in natural light, the colors of the sunset and the majestic views to the bay of Navarino. In the back of the house, a specially designed room with a bunk bed that features two queen size beds on the lower deck and two single ones on the upper part will be a paradise for your little ones. Each bed features its own storage space while there is an additional built-in closet under the stairs. The room also has a bathroom with a rain shower.
The upper floor of the villa hosts its 4 exquisite double bedrooms: premium mattresses and linen, elegant decoration, and ample spaces that reach out to a large terrace with separate spaces allocated to each bedroom. Three of the bedrooms feature walk-in closets, while the fourth one offers two open closets. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms either with a bathtub or rain shower, a small desk, and outdoor sitting areas. Its large frame windows offer breathtaking views of the bay of Navarino and the lush area. Wake up to this picture and head for your fitness routine in the property’s gym; right before you indulge in cocooning by the pool, enjoy a spa session in the separate spa house.
Outside a shimmering 14m infinity pool with sunbeds, a cabana lounge area for the large group, 3 luxurious sunbeds with internet access and plugholes as well as various sitting areas will help you relax and take in the majestic beauty of the area.
