This villa is an exclusive property, part of a bigger estate, nestled with a plot of about 20 acres of fragrant gardens, well-trimmed vineyards and abundant nature. Just a breath away from the area’s marvellous beaches and the graphic island of Spetses, the villa is ideal for an authentic agricultural experience combined with inspirational leisure and invigorating summer living.
Built in an airy, Mediterranean style with vast, open plan spaces of large floor to ceiling glass doors, the property expands in two levels of abundant sunlight and quality furnishing. The living area of the property is the ground floor where the living and dining rooms, the sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen are found. The first level hosts one double and one twin en-suite bedrooms with a large terraces sleeping four guests while additional people can be accommodated on the ground floor’s sofa bed.
Moving from the living room towards the exterior of the property, on one side, there is a large covered dining area, right above the charming swimming pool, whereas a comfy sofa seating and coffee table is found on the other part of the veranda. Guests can also take part in various seasonal agricultural activities, like grape pressing or olive picking, take cooking lessons or enjoy a movie in the open air cinema of the estate.
