This villa is an elegant 8 bedroom vacation home situated right on the beach of Fabrika, about 15 minutes from the island’s main town. The villa’s outdoor arrangements -a pergola shaded sitting and dining area, a lounging space with daybeds and hammocks and a gazebo with uninterrupted sea views- revolve around a free-form pool that sits amidst a lawn garden.
Greek summers are all about outdoor living, so the architect designed a living room fitted with a glass face that opens up entirely to connect with the open-air sitting area and create a seamless indoor-outdoor space. The décor here is classic and elegant, with vintage finishing touches that convey an understated luxury. At the main house, the living spaces are bright, airy and fashionably decorated with low-rise, bulky furniture, island-chic designer pieces and hand-picked art objects. Throughout the house, tall windows connect the rooms to the seascape. The bedrooms are stylish, lavishly upholstered and open to comfortable verandas and terraces with magnificent views. The villa includes a playroom, three children’s bedrooms and a gym.
