Imagine waking up to the sound of waves, spending long days at the beach drinking cocktails and then walking back home to watch the sunset by the pool undisturbed by the crowds of tourists: this is the experience of this villa, a tasteful summer retreat with a zen attitude. Sitting at the foot of a slope that leads to the serene beach of Kalyvia, the 5 bedroom residence is designed for soaking up every minute of summer. The outdoor area, built out of raw stone to blend into its setting, is fitted with comfortable lounge and dining spots and a large swimming pool that overlooks the bay.
The interior, designed to the detail, is outfitted with low, bulky furniture and contemporary pieces that are seamlessly integrated into the house’s rough-hewn, organic look. The bedrooms are fashionably minimal, each with its own character and colour palette. Throughout the house, large openings invite the landscape and the sunlight in. The villa includes an independent guest house with two double bedrooms and a kitchenette.
