Part of a three-villa complex that offers utter privacy and tranquillity, this villa boasts a privileged location in Volimes area, on a hill overlooking the bay of Agios Nikolaos. A paradisiacal haven nestled in the stunning landscape of the area with sweeping sea views, the villa has been built to let the outside effortlessly flow in all interior spaces.
Natural materials, cement surfaces in earthy tones, rough wood and minimal style, all serve a single goal: to make the house incorporate completely into its natural environment.
Inside, the villa features a large living area with industrial feel where only the necessary exist. A sofa that can be turned into a bed for two additional guests, a coffee table and armchairs as well as dining seating for 4. The large floor to ceiling windows that encircle the space turn into a colourful canvas composed by sea and pool views. A well-appointed kitchen is also found here. Two double en-suite bedrooms have been carefully placed in other parts of the house, both offering access to the outside patios and terrace.
The villa’s brilliant veranda consists in several open-air spaces with beamed roofs, dotted with cushioned sun loungers around the turquoise infinity pool. A dining area for 6 and a barbeque is also at the guests’ disposal.
